1,The machine is composed of working part, transmission part, body and base. The machine body is an independent cuboid, the inner part is a transmission part, and the front upper part is equipped with the working part.
2,The transmission part is composed of motor, worm gear, reducer, rack, gear shaft and other parts.The motor drives the gearbox through a belt, and the output shaft of the gearbox is equipped with a crank and a rack, which are driven by the crank and the rack to make the gear shaft rotate forward and backward.The front end of the gear shaft is equipped with a coupling, which can be connected with the working drum.
3,The working part is composed of hopper,drum,screen, clamping tube and screen front bearing seat. The drum is driven by the gear shaft of the rotating part. It moves back and forth at the lower part of the hopper to extrude the material out of the screen by the hopper through the hob. A ratchet wheel is arranged on the screen clamping pipe, which is arranged on the hopper and is locked and tightened by the pawl.
